Job Description

The Water Treatment Plant O&M Specialist will lead the operation, maintenance, optimization, and technical performance of 14 Drinking Water Treatment Plants (DWTPs). The role requires advanced expertise in water production systems, operational efficiency, maintenance planning, asset management, water quality compliance, and health & safety standards.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, rehabilitation experts, and SCADA specialists to modernize systems, improve operational performance, and support sustainable water management objectives.

Key Job Responsibilities

Water Treatment Plant Operations Management

  • Lead operations and maintenance of 14 Drinking Water Treatment Plants (DWTPs) across Luanda and Icolo & Bengo.
  • Assess and improve plant operational efficiency and system performance.

  • Ensure accurate equipment registration and maintenance documentation.

  • Maintain strong relationships with project partners and stakeholders.
