Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical evaluations of renewable energy project sites
- Develop feasibility studies for solar, wind, and hybrid energy systems
- Coordinate with local governments, communities, and utility providers
- Monitor regulatory compliance and environmental impact standards
- Prepare project proposals and cost-benefit analyses
- Provide technical training to local engineering teams
Required Skills
- Expertise in renewable energy technologies and grid integration
- Proficiency in energy modeling software (e.g., HOMER, RETScreen)
- Strong project management and stakeholder negotiation skills
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability in remote environments
- Experience with Angolan energy regulations and permitting processes
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Master’s Degree preferred in Energy Systems or Sustainable Development
Experience

Salary
2,500,000 – 3,500,000 SSP monthly, commensurate with experience and project impact.
