Job Overview
The Data Science Lead will spearhead the development and implementation of advanced analytics, machine learning models, and AI solutions that address critical business challenges across sectors such as finance, healthcare, and agriculture in Angola. Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the data science roadmap aligned with business objectives and regional priorities.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning models using Azure AI services.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to translate analytical insights into actionable solutions.
- Mentor and coach junior data scientists, fostering skill development and best‑practice adoption.
- Ensure data governance, ethical AI practices, and compliance with local regulations.
