Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and deployment of AgriTech platforms for crop monitoring, soil analysis, and yield prediction.
  • Collaborate with Angolan farmers to identify local challenges and co-create tailored digital solutions.
  • Conduct field trials for Bayer’s precision agriculture technologies, including IoT-enabled sensors and AI-driven analytics.
  • Provide training and technical support to agricultural cooperatives on using digital tools for resource optimization.
  • Partner with universities and research institutions to advance sustainable farming methodologies.

Required Skills

  • Proven expertise in AgriTech innovation and digital agriculture systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in agricultural data interpretation.
  • Familiarity with Angolan agricultural policies and sustainability frameworks.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Proficiency in GIS mapping or remote sensing technologies.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
  • Advanced certification in AgriTech or Smart Farming is advantageous.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in agricultural technology development or implementation.
  • Previous work in Angola’s agri-food sector preferred.

Salary

  • 2,500,000 – 3,500,000 Angolan Kwanza (SSP) annually, depending on experience.
