Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Industrial Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Lubango. Key Responsibilities
- Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) and visual inspections on industrial machinery and pipelines.
- Review material certificates, welding procedures, and quality control plans.
- Document inspection findings, prepare technical reports, and issue non-conformance reports.
- Collaborate with clients and contractors to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor compliance with local environmental, health, and safety (HSE) regulations.
Required Skills
- Technical knowledge of international codes such as ASME, API, AWS, and ISO.
- Proficiency in non-destructive testing methods (UT, MT, PT, RT).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Effective communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- High level of integrity and commitment to safety protocols.
Education
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering from a recognized university.
Experience
