Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and scientific support for Roche diagnostic systems.
- Conduct installation, calibration, and validation of newly deployed systems.
- Troubleshoot technical and application issues to minimize laboratory downtime.
- Deliver training programs to laboratory technicians on system operation.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of clinical chemistry, immunology, or molecular diagnostics.

- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.

Education
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Science, Biochemistry, Medical Laboratory Technology, or a closely related scientific discipline from an accredited institution.
Experience
