Job Overview

The Digital Supply Chain Transformation Lead will spearhead end‑to‑end digital initiatives for our clients in Angola and the broader region. This role blends deep supply chain expertise with advanced digital technologies such as AI, IoT, blockchain, and advanced analytics. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, cross‑functional Accenture teams, and technology partners to design, implement, and scale transformative solutions that enhance visibility, agility, and sustainability across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of digital supply chain strategies for large‑scale clients, aligning technology roadmaps with business objectives.
• Design and implement advanced analytics models, AI‑driven demand forecasting, and IoT‑enabled tracking solutions.
• Collaborate with client leadership to assess current supply chain maturity, identify gaps, and define transformation blueprints.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget adherence.
• Facilitate change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption programs.
• Drive continuous improvement by monitoring key performance indicators and recommending iterative enhancements.
• Represent Accenture at industry conferences, webinars, and thought‑leadership forums to promote our capabilities.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in supply chain design, logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
• Proficiency with digital platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud SCM, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/ML tools, data visualization (Power BI, Tableau), and IoT sensor integration.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing C‑level executives.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience.

Education

A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required. A master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a specialized digital transformation program is highly preferred.

Experience

Minimum of eight years of progressive experience in supply chain consulting, digital transformation, or related roles. Prior exposure to large, complex projects in emerging markets, especially within Africa, will be considered a strong advantage.
