Job Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and driven E-commerce Logistics Optimization Specialist to join our growing operations in Luanda. This role is critical to our mission of providing seamless delivery experiences across the region. You will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets to identify bottlenecks in our fulfillment centers and last-mile delivery networks. This is a high-impact position that requires a blend of mathematical precision and strategic thinking. You will work closely with warehouse managers, transport providers, and software engineers to implement real-time solutions that optimize every step of the package journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze delivery route efficiency to reduce transit times and fuel consumption.
- Develop mathematical models to predict seasonal demand fluctuations in the Angolan market.
- Collaborate with local third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure compliance with Amazon’s global standards.
- Implement automated tracking systems to improve real-time visibility of inventory movement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order accuracy and delivery success rates.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Deep understanding of last-mile delivery dynamics and urban logistics challenges.
- Strong project management skills with experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
- Ability to translate complex data findings into actionable business strategies.

Education
