Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Specialist to join our Human Capital Technology team in Lunda Norte. This role is critical for our digital transformation initiatives, ensuring that our workforce management systems are optimized, secure, and capable of providing real-time analytics. You will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our HR software platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the integrity of the HRIS database, ensuring all employee data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Lead the implementation of new HR modules and software upgrades to enhance user experience and reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure seamless integration between HRIS and other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Develop and generate complex reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
- Provide technical support and training to HR staff and employees regarding system usage and troubleshooting.
- Ensure all HR data management practices comply with local labor laws and international data privacy standards.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable insights.
- In-depth knowledge of human resources processes including payroll, recruitment, and performance management.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and HR professionals.
Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Professional certifications in HRIS or Project Management are highly desirable.
Experience
Candidates must possess at least 5 years of direct experience in HRIS administration or a similar role within a professional services or large corporate environment. Proven experience in managing large-scale system migrations or implementations is a significant advantage. We are looking for individuals who have demonstrated success in optimizing digital workflows to improve organizational productivity.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 450,000 SSP to 750,000 SSP, depending on experience and technical expertise. This competitive package reflects the specialized nature of the role and our commitment to attracting top talent in the region.
