Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the Guest Services team to deliver the Hilton brand promise of warm, personalized hospitality.
  • Design and implement guest satisfaction programs that capture feedback, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Sales departments to create seamless guest journeys.
  • Oversee the handling of guest complaints, ensuring swift resolution while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), online review ratings, and repeat visitation rates.
  • Partner with local tourism boards to promote cultural experiences and community events, enhancing the property’s reputation in the region.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards specific to Angola.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting for the Guest Services department, aligning costs with revenue goals.

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and team‑building abilities with a proven track record in a hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English; additional local languages are a plus.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret guest data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Education

Salary
