Job Overview
The Petroleum Reservoir Simulation Engineer will lead advanced reservoir modeling activities, integrating geological, petrophysical, and production data to optimize hydrocarbon recovery. Working within the Exploration & Production department, you will collaborate with geoscientists, drilling engineers, and field operators to develop robust simulation studies that inform field development plans. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and calibrate 3D reservoir simulation models using industry‑leading software.
- Integrate seismic, well log, and production data to create accurate geological frameworks.
- Perform history matching and forecast scenarios to support field development plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate enhanced oil recovery techniques.
- Generate technical reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Chevron’s technical standards and safety protocols.

Salary
