Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement sustainable agriculture projects aligned with AgriTech Angola’s strategic goals.
  • Coordinate with local farmers, NGOs, and government bodies to ensure project compliance and community engagement.
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to meet organizational targets.
  • Conduct field assessments to evaluate agricultural practices and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, including impact analyses and project updates.
  • Train farmers on modern agri-tech tools, soil conservation, and climate-smart farming techniques.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in agricultural project management with a focus on sustainability.
  • Strong understanding of Angolan agricultural policies and rural development challenges.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project planning software (e.g., MS Project, Trello).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for project optimization.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and local languages (e.g., Kimbundu, Kikongo) is an advantage.

Education

Experience

Salary
