Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement sustainable agriculture projects aligned with AgriTech Angola’s strategic goals.
- Coordinate with local farmers, NGOs, and government bodies to ensure project compliance and community engagement.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to meet organizational targets.
- Conduct field assessments to evaluate agricultural practices and recommend improvements.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, including impact analyses and project updates.
- Train farmers on modern agri-tech tools, soil conservation, and climate-smart farming techniques.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in agricultural project management with a focus on sustainability.
- Strong understanding of Angolan agricultural policies and rural development challenges.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project planning software (e.g., MS Project, Trello).
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for project optimization.
- Fluency in Portuguese and local languages (e.g., Kimbundu, Kikongo) is an advantage.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science, Environmental Management, or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in agricultural project coordination or similar roles.
- Experience working in Angola or other African countries is highly advantageous.
Salary
1,500,000 – 2,500,000 SSP per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
