This role focuses on designing and implementing digital literacy programs for underserved youth in Huambo. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver digital literacy curricula tailored to youth aged 12–18.
  • Collaborate with schools, NGOs, and tech partners to expand program reach.
  • Train local educators on integrating technology into classroom learning.
  • Monitor program impact through data collection and reporting.
  • Organize community workshops on digital safety and online resources.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in educational program design and digital tools.
  • Strong project management and cross-sector collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and local languages (e.g., Kimbundu, Kikongo).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic coding platforms.
  • Passion for youth empowerment and digital equity.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, or Social Sciences.
  • Master’s degree preferred in Digital Education or Public Administration.

Experience

  • 3–5 years in education program coordination or digital literacy initiatives.
  • Proven success in managing community-based projects in Angola.
  • Experience with UNICEF or international NGOs is a plus.

Salary

2,500,000 – 3,500,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience.
