Job Overview
Cellulant Angola is seeking a dynamic Fintech Product Manager to lead the development and launch of innovative financial technology solutions tailored to Angolan markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in fintech product lifecycle management, digital innovation, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will drive the design of user-centric financial products while ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks and market demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of fintech products, including mobile banking platforms and digital payment solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for financial inclusion and digital innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, compliance) to deliver scalable fintech solutions.
- Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on user needs and business goals.
- Ensure compliance with Angolan financial regulations and international fintech standards.
- Monitor product performance and iterate on user feedback to enhance functionality and user experience.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in fintech product management, with a focus on digital payment solutions.
- Strong understanding of Angolan financial markets and regulatory environments.
- Proficiency in agile product development methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Technical knowledge of API integrations, mobile app development, and cloud-based systems.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CFA) preferred.
Experience
- 3-5 years in fintech product development, with a focus on emerging markets.
- Experience managing digital payment platforms or mobile banking solutions.
Salary
1,500,000 – 2,500,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and performance.
