Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sustainable aquaculture practices to ensure the long-term viability of our operations
- Collaborate with our research and development team to identify and implement new technologies and techniques to improve aquaculture efficiency and sustainability
- Monitor and report on the environmental impact of our operations and implement measures to minimize our footprint
- Develop and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including farmers, suppliers, and government agencies
- Provide training and support to our staff on sustainable aquaculture practices and technologies
Required Skills:
- Master’s degree in Aquaculture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aquaculture, with a focus on sustainable practices
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful aquaculture projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
