Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sustainable aquaculture practices to ensure the long-term viability of our operations
- Conduct regular water quality monitoring and testing to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with our research and development team to identify and implement new technologies and techniques to improve our aquaculture operations
- Provide training and guidance to our aquaculture staff on sustainable practices and best management practices
Required Skills:
- Master’s degree in Aquaculture or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in aquaculture, preferably in a management or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of sustainable aquaculture practices and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
