Job Overview

The Digital Payments Product Manager will lead the end‑to‑end development, launch, and optimization of digital payment solutions for Banco Millennium Angola. Reporting to the Head of Digital Banking, you will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing cross‑functional teams, and ensuring that the bank’s digital payment offerings meet regulatory standards, market needs, and customer expectations.   • Prepare business cases, financial models, and ROI analyses for product investments.
  • Lead cross‑functional agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder communication.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as transaction volume, adoption rate, and customer satisfaction, and report findings to senior leadership.
