Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training curricula covering safety, equipment operation, environmental compliance, and emergency response.
• Conduct needs assessments in collaboration with site supervisors to identify skill gaps and training priorities.
• Coordinate with internal subject‑matter experts and external training providers to ensure content relevance and regulatory alignment.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and performance metrics using Vale’s Learning Management System.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through post‑session assessments, on‑the‑job observations, and key performance indicators.
• Facilitate on‑site workshops, simulations, and hands‑on practical sessions for diverse learner groups.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of mining operations, equipment, and safety standards.
• Proven experience in adult learning design and delivery, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Portuguese and English.

Education

Experience

Applicants should have 3‑5 years of experience in mining operations, technical training, or a similar role within the extractive industries. Prior experience in a multinational mining corporation is highly valued.

Salary

The position offers a competitive salary range of 1,500,000 to 2,200,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional performance‑based incentives may be provided.
