Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor international air, sea, and road freight shipments from origin to destination.
- Prepare and verify all required customs documentation, ensuring compliance with Angolan regulations.
- Communicate proactively with customers to provide shipment status updates and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with carriers and freight forwarders to negotiate rates and secure capacity.
- Track performance metrics and generate reports to support continuous improvement.
- Handle exceptions, such as delays, damages, or customs holds, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records in DHL’s transportation management system.
- Support the development of standard operating procedures for the Luena office.

Education

Experience

Salary
