Job Overview

The E-commerce Marketplace Growth Manager will be responsible for driving the strategic expansion of our vendor ecosystem and increasing the Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) within the Kuito region and beyond. This role requires a data-driven leader who can identify market gaps, onboard high-potential sellers, and implement marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and retention. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans to increase the number of active sellers on the platform.
  • Analyze marketplace data to identify trends, seasonal demand, and areas for revenue optimization.

  • Monitor vendor performance metrics to ensure high standards of service and product quality.

Education
