Job Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and data-driven E-commerce Marketplace Growth Manager to lead our expansion efforts in the Kuito region. This role is critical for identifying new market segments, optimizing seller performance, and driving user acquisition. You will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies that increase the Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and improve the overall customer experience on our platform. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to increase marketplace penetration in the Kuito region.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure seamless delivery experiences for new users.
  • Manage relationships with key vendors and sellers to optimize their performance on the platform.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversion rates.

Salary
