Job Overview

The Digital Payments Product Manager will lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of the bank’s digital payment products, including mobile wallets, online checkout solutions, and QR‑code based payments.   • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and pain points.
  • Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with UX/UI designers and engineers.
  • Lead agile product development cycles, prioritizing features and managing backlogs.
  • Coordinate with compliance, risk, and security teams to ensure regulatory adherence and data protection.
  • Monitor product performance metrics, analyze usage data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive go‑to‑market strategies, including pricing, promotion, and partnership development.

  • Proven product management experience, preferably in financial services or technology.

Education
