Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all production activities on the diamond mine, ensuring adherence to daily targets and safety protocols.
• Monitor equipment performance, schedule maintenance, and coordinate with the Maintenance Team to minimize downtime.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies, conducting regular safety briefings and audits.
• Analyze production data, generate reports, and recommend process improvements to increase ore recovery and reduce operational costs.
• Manage workforce scheduling, including shift rotations, overtime, and training assignments.
• Ensure compliance with national mining regulations, Endiama’s internal policies, and international best practices.
• Collaborate with the Geology and Exploration departments to align production plans with resource models.
• Lead incident investigations, document findings, and implement corrective actions.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
• Participate in community outreach programs and promote sustainable mining initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities with a focus on safety and performance.
• Proficient in mining software such as MineSight, Vulcan, or similar production planning tools.

• Effective communication skills in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal.

Education
