Job Overview

We are seeking an Aviation Safety and Quality Auditor to join our Quality Assurance Department in Luanda. You will conduct comprehensive audits across flight operations, maintenance, and ground handling to ensure compliance with international aviation regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety and quality audits of flight operations, maintenance procedures, and ground handling services.
• Ensure compliance with ICAO, IATA, and local civil aviation authority regulations.
• Identify operational risks, document non-conformances, and recommend effective corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
• Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective action plans across various departments.

• In-depth knowledge of international aviation regulations and IOSA standards.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills in both Portuguese and English.

Education

Education

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Professional auditing certifications (such as IOSA Auditor or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) are highly desirable and will be considered a distinct advantage.

Experience

A minimum of five years of active experience in aviation safety, quality assurance, or aircraft maintenance auditing is required. Proven experience working within an airline environment or a civil aviation authority is essential for this role.
