Job Overview

The Brand Activation Manager will lead the design, execution, and measurement of integrated activation campaigns that bring Heineken’s brands to life in Angola. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, agencies, and local partners to develop experiential events, digital activations, and on‑ground promotions that resonate with target audiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and launch multi‑channel activation programs that align with brand strategy and market objectives.
  • Manage end‑to‑end project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure flawless execution.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to integrate social media, influencer, and experiential elements.
  • Analyze activation performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, sales lift, and brand sentiment, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate with sales, distribution, and trade teams to ensure activation activities translate into shelf impact.
  • Maintain compliance with local regulations, Heineken brand guidelines, and responsible marketing standards.

Education

Experience

Minimum of five years of experience in brand management, activation, or experiential marketing within the beverage or fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Prior experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing agency relationships is essential.

Salary

The compensation package ranges from SSP 250,000 to SSP 400,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The package includes performance‑based incentives, health benefits, and a company‑wide retirement plan.
