Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct lifecycle assessments and carbon footprint calculations for industrial clients
  • Develop customized emission reduction roadmaps aligned with ISO 14064 standards
  • Collaborate with clients to implement energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions
  • Prepare detailed sustainability reports for regulatory compliance and public disclosure
  • Monitor emerging carbon pricing mechanisms and sustainability legislation in Angola

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in carbon accounting software (e.g., Carbon Trust, SimaPro)
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel and data visualization tools
  • Knowledge of Angolan environmental regulations and international sustainability frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills for client presentations and technical reporting
  • Bilingual (Portuguese/English) preferred

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
  • Professional certification in carbon management (e.g., PCMS) is an asset

Experience

  • 3-5 years in environmental consulting, carbon footprint analysis, or sustainability project management
  • Proven experience working with industrial clients in Angola or Southern Africa

Salary

1,500,000 – 2,500,000 SSP monthly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
