- Support monthly and annual maintenance planning activities.
- Coordinate and distribute daily work activities to supervisors according to planning schedules.
- Oversee maintenance operations across multiple teams and contractors.
- Review and validate technical maintenance reports and documentation.
- Prepare operational maintenance reports and communicate project progress to management.
- Participate in daily, weekly, and site coordination meetings to improve operational performance.
- Ensure maintenance shutdown activities and inspections are effectively coordinated.
Maintenance Methods and Continuous Improvement
- Ensure maintenance tools, procedures, and operating methods remain effective and compliant.
- Coordinate between maintenance teams and planning/preparation teams for efficient operations.
- Maintain updated work backlogs and support shutdown maintenance planning.
- Recommend technical improvements and corrective measures to optimize plant performance.
