Job Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic and detail-oriented E-commerce Marketplace Operations Manager to lead our marketplace expansion in the Cuando Cubango region. This role is critical for ensuring that our platform remains efficient, scalable, and highly competitive. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end marketplace lifecycle, from vendor onboarding and performance monitoring to logistics coordination and customer satisfaction metrics. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital marketplace dynamics and have a proven track record of optimizing complex operational workflows. This is a high-impact role that requires a blend of analytical rigor and hands-on problem-solving to drive growth in a rapidly evolving digital market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the end-to-end marketplace operations to ensure high service levels for both buyers and sellers.
- Develop and implement strategic operational frameworks to scale marketplace activities in new territories.
- Monitor vendor performance metrics, including fulfillment rates, delivery timelines, and product quality.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline last-mile delivery processes and reduce operational costs.
- Analyze marketplace data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage relationships with key third-party service providers and local logistics partners.
- Ensure compliance with local trade regulations and e-commerce standards in the region.

Education

Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 450,000 SSP to 750,000 SSP, depending on experience and performance metrics.
