Job Overview
This role is part of Pearson’s initiative to expand its digital education footprint in Angola. The E-Learning Solutions Developer will design, implement, and optimize interactive online learning modules aligned with Angolan curriculum standards. Key Responsibilities
- Develop e-learning courses using authoring tools like Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate educational content into interactive digital formats
- Integrate multimedia elements (videos, animations, quizzes) to enhance user engagement
- Ensure compliance with Angolan educational standards and accessibility guidelines
- Test and debug e-learning modules for cross-platform compatibility
Required Skills
- Proficiency in e-learning development software and LMS platforms
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles
- Experience with multimedia content creation tools
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- Knowledge of Angolan education system and curriculum frameworks
Education
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree in Educational Technology is a strong advantage.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in e-learning development, preferably within the education sector. Prior projects involving government or institutional partnerships in Angola are highly desirable.
Salary
1,500,000 – 2,500,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
