Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and forward-thinking EdTech Product Designer to join our team in Soyo, Angola. This role involves designing intuitive educational software interfaces, collaborating with instructional designers, and integrating user feedback to enhance learning experiences. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with a passion for education to develop scalable solutions for Angolan schools and universities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and prototype user-friendly educational software interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product features with pedagogical goals.
- Conduct user research to identify needs of educators and students.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive models for EdTech platforms.
- Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards and local educational regulations.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
- Strong understanding of educational technology trends and user-centered design principles.
- Experience in instructional design or e-learning development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred but not required.
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in EdTech product design or instructional technology.
- Portfolio showcasing educational software design projects.
Salary
2,500,000 – 3,500,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience.
