Job Overview

The Education Program Manager will lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of education projects funded by the World Bank in the Dundo region and surrounding provinces. Reporting to the Senior Education Specialist, the incumbent will coordinate with local education authorities, civil society organizations, and private partners to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project work plans for education initiatives, aligning with World Bank standards and Angola’s national education strategy.

Education

Experience

Applicants must have at least five years of relevant experience managing large‑scale education projects, preferably in Sub‑Saharan Africa. Experience working with international development agencies, government ministries, or NGOs in Angola will be considered a strong asset.

Salary
