Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise accounts in the Huambo market, focusing on sectors such as manufacturing, finance, education, and public services.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that align Unitel’s product portfolio with client business objectives.
- Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles, including solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Collaborate with technical, product, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and post‑sale implementation.
- Maintain a robust pipeline in the CRM system, providing accurate forecasts and regular performance reports to senior management.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to assess satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate churn.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position Unitel as a trusted advisor.
- Represent Unitel at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Required Skills
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in B2B environments, preferably within telecommunications or ICT.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions in business terms.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop account strategies and assess market opportunities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of local dialects is a plus.
- Ability to travel within the Huambo province and occasionally to other regions.
Education
