Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly flight schedules for domestic and international routes.
- Coordinate with flight crews, maintenance planners and airport operations to resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Monitor real‑time flight data and adjust schedules in response to weather changes, technical issues or airspace restrictions.
- Ensure compliance with civil aviation regulations, safety standards and company policies.
- Prepare detailed reports on schedule performance, on‑time metrics and resource utilization for senior management.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to align capacity with market demand and promotional activities.
- Utilize advanced scheduling software and data analytics tools to optimize aircraft rotation and crew assignments.
