Key Job Responsibilities

The CBM Supervisor will oversee maintenance reliability, condition monitoring, and offshore operational support.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

  • Establish and maintain a strong safety culture aligned with company HSE standards
  • Ensure compliance with work permits, operational procedures, and offshore maintenance safety protocols
  • Monitor adherence to process safety, operational integrity, and asset maintenance standards
  • Support compliance with approved industry operating procedures

Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) Operations

  • Organize and supervise:
    • Vibration monitoring rounds
    • Thermography inspections
    • Oil sampling analysis
  • Analyze equipment performance data and recommend corrective actions
  • Conduct pump performance monitoring
  • Support turbine and rotating compressor performance diagnostics (training may be provided)
  • Manage System 1 monitoring and analysis systems

Predictive Maintenance & Equipment Diagnostics

  • Coordinate conditional maintenance vendors and contractors
  • Schedule predictive and preventive maintenance activities
  • Support rotating equipment diagnosis and troubleshooting
  • Monitor infrared thermography, vibration monitoring, ultrasonic analysis, pressure analysis, and electrical analysis systems

Maintenance Planning & Reporting

  • Initiate and monitor interventions using UNISUP and SAP/R3 systems
  • Maintain and improve preventive maintenance programs
  • Prepare and update conditional maintenance booklets
  • Develop monthly maintenance reports including:
    • Vibration analysis results
    • Oil sampling reports
    • Pump and compressor performance

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure maintenance quality through approved operating procedures
  • Monitor corrective actions related to vibration and lubricant analysis findings
  • Track maintenance backlog and recommend corrective strategies
  • Propose procedural and operational improvements to optimize equipment reliability
