Job Overview

The In‑Flight Services Manager will lead the cabin crew team at Cabinda Airport, ensuring that every passenger enjoys a safe, comfortable, and memorable journey. Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of in‑flight service delivery, from crew scheduling and training to quality control and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of cabin crew members to ensure optimal staffing levels for all flights.
  • Develop and enforce in‑flight service standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance in line with IATA and Angola Civil Aviation Authority guidelines.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Design and deliver training programs on customer service, emergency procedures, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Monitor passenger feedback, analyze trends, and implement service enhancements to improve satisfaction scores.
  • Coordinate with flight operations, ground services, and catering partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports on crew performance, service quality, and operational metrics to senior management.
  • Manage inventory of in‑flight supplies, ensuring cost‑effective procurement and compliance with health regulations.

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and team‑building abilities with a focus on motivation and professional development.
  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven problem‑solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

Education

Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in airline cabin operations, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience in a multicultural environment and familiarity with Angolan aviation regulations are essential.

Salary
