Job Summary

The Instrumentation Supervisor is responsible for supervising maintenance operations within his technical discipline while ensuring compliance with company health, safety, environmental, and operational procedures.

The role focuses on maintaining equipment reliability, mentoring technical teams, improving preventive maintenance systems, and ensuring the smooth functioning of instrumentation systems used in oil and gas treatment installations.

Key Job Responsibilities

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

The Instrumentation Supervisor will:

• Ensure full implementation of HSE policies and procedures
• Maintain a strong safety culture aligned with company standards
• Ensure compliance with:
  • Occupational safety regulations
  • Process safety standards
  • Environmental requirements
• Participate in:
  • Hazard analyses
  • Incident investigations
  • Root cause failure analyses
• Recommend corrective actions to improve operational safety
• Maintain accurate records of safety reports and process incidents
• Support compliance with work permit systems and operating guidelines

• Verify and prepare technical intervention reports
• Handle breakdowns and restore systems to operational status
