Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a multi‑channel international recruitment plan targeting key markets in Africa, Europe, and Latin America.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with overseas recruitment agents, educational consultants, and partner institutions.
  • Organize and represent UAN at international education fairs, webinars, and virtual open days.
  • Develop compelling marketing collateral, digital content, and social media campaigns that highlight UAN’s academic strengths and campus life.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to tailor program offerings and scholarship packages for target student segments.
  • Oversee the end‑to‑end admissions process for international applicants, ensuring compliance with visa regulations and university policies.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics, produce regular performance reports, and adjust strategies based on data‑driven insights.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of global higher‑education trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting international students.

Required Skills

  • Proven expertise in international student recruitment within higher education or related sectors.
  • Strong cross‑cultural communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent project management skills with the capacity to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages such as French or Spanish are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and data analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with academic, marketing, and administrative teams.

Education

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Relations, Education Management, or a related discipline is required. Candidates holding a master’s degree or advanced certifications in higher‑education administration are highly preferred.

Minimum of five years’ experience in international student recruitment, enrollment management, or global education marketing. Demonstrated success in achieving enrollment targets and expanding market presence is essential.

Salary

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from 250,000 to 400,000 Angolan Kwanza (SSP) per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional performance‑based incentives may be provided.
