The Management Consultant will join PwC Angola’s Management Consulting practice, working closely with senior partners and cross‑functional teams to design and implement strategic initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end consulting engagements, from problem definition to solution delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Perform rigorous data analysis, financial modeling, and benchmarking to uncover insights and drive strategic decisions.
- Develop comprehensive business cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans that address client challenges.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and presentations to gather requirements and communicate findings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including technology, risk, and tax specialists, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Support clients through change management, training, and post‑implementation reviews to ensure lasting impact.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies relevant to the Angolan market.
Required Skills

Education
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline is required. A master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly desirable and demonstrates a commitment to advanced strategic thinking.
Experience
Applicants should have 5‑7 years of consulting experience, preferably within a top‑tier firm or a corporate strategy function. Experience delivering projects in the Angolan market or similar emerging economies is advantageous.
Salary
The compensation package ranges from 2,500,000 to 4,000,000 Angolan Kwanza (SSP) per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The package includes performance‑based bonuses and benefits aligned with PwC’s global standards.
