Job Purpose
The Campaign Team Leader will be responsible for coordinating and supervising maintenance campaigns while ensuring strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations, operational procedures, preventive maintenance standards, and technical best practices.
The role focuses on maintenance planning, field supervision, CMMS operations, permit to work compliance, equipment reliability, utilities monitoring, operational efficiency, and workforce mentoring.
Key Job Responsibilities
Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)
The successful candidate will:
- Ensure strict compliance with company HSE rules and regulations.
- Enforce adherence to:
- Work Permit Procedures
- Approved Operating Procedures
- Standard Industry Maintenance Practices
- Assist GMC field teams in implementing HSE policies.
- Ensure maintenance teams understand and follow group safety policies.
- Advise teams during permit-to-work preparation regarding safety measures and required tools.
- Ensure maintenance activities are planned according to company safety requirements.
- Monitor planning linked to Safety Critical Equipment (SCE).
Maintenance Operations Management
Responsibilities include:
- Organizing and supervising maintenance operations on-site.
- Coordinating technical maintenance activities under assigned responsibilities.

- Assisting specialists operating under Specific Maintenance Contracts (SMC).
- Monitoring utilities and operational equipment performance.
The Campaign Team Leader will also:
