Key Job Responsibilities
The Planner & Scheduler will oversee project planning systems, scheduling activities, and performance monitoring to support successful construction execution.
Project Planning and Control
- Develop and maintain the Project Scheduling Plan (CFAT) according to project execution strategies and contractual obligations.
- Establish the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and coding systems to support accurate tracking and project reporting.

Resource Planning and Cost Monitoring
- Develop resource-loaded schedules to optimize workforce, equipment, and material utilization.
- Identify schedule delays, risks, and performance issues while proposing mitigation or recovery plans.
- Assist in cost tracking, forecasting, progress measurement, and budget monitoring to ensure project efficiency.
Reporting and Performance Analysis
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management and stakeholders.
- Monitor construction performance trends and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Participate in risk assessments, planning workshops, lessons learned sessions, and project review meetings.

Educational Qualifications
