Key Job Responsibilities

The QAQC Inspector will be responsible for ensuring operational quality, technical compliance, and inspection excellence.

Quality Assurance and Compliance

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality targets in coordination with the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Identify quality improvement opportunities and recommend corrective actions.

Audit and Quality System Management

  • Conduct and follow up on internal and external audits, including ISO and API audits, when required.

Inspection and Technical Operations

  • Conduct dimensional inspections, final inspections, and quality checks on drilling tools and mechanical equipment.
  • Inspect surface-treated tools, including phosphate, cold rolling, and sandblasting processes, while providing technical guidance on surface treatment quality.
  • Ensure proper identification, traceability, and handling of customer tools and equipment.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Investigate and follow up on internal and external NCR (Non-Conformance Reports).
  • Review and prepare inspection reports, certificates of conformity, and technical documentation for timely submission to clients.
  • Maintain records for approved inspection reports and weekly quality department performance reports.
  • Deliver work order documentation to the Finance Department for invoice processing.

Calibration and Equipment Monitoring

  • Control and maintain records of gauge usage and calibration schedules.
  • Ensure all gauges used in workshops are calibrated and compliant with standards.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams regarding calibration equipment and gauge handling.
