Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Renewable Energy Project Manager to lead our renewable energy projects in Angola. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from development to commissioning, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing project management plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, from development to commissioning
- Develop and implement project management plans
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including project team members, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor and report on project progress, including financial and technical performance
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness
Required Skills:
- Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 10-15 years of experience in renewable energy project management
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Strong project management skills, including experience with project management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in Angola
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
