Job Overview

The Retail Store Operations Manager will lead the Soyo store to achieve operational excellence, superior customer service, and robust financial performance. Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Director, the manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, merchandising, inventory control, staff management, and compliance with corporate standards. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly operational plans to meet sales targets and profitability goals.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team of department managers and associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, maintaining a safe shopping environment for customers and staff.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and adjust merchandising strategies.
• Manage budgeting, expense control, and financial reporting in line with corporate guidelines.
