The Senior Structural Engineer will lead the design, analysis, and execution of complex structural systems for a portfolio of high‑impact projects in Angola. Key Responsibilities
- Lead structural design and analysis for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects using advanced software such as SAP2000, ETABS, and Revit.
- Develop detailed construction drawings, specifications, and calculation reports that comply with Angolan standards (ANM) and international codes (Eurocode, ACI).
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, project managers, and contractors to integrate structural solutions seamlessly into overall project plans.
- Perform site inspections and supervise construction activities to verify that structural elements are built according to design intent and quality standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments related to structural aspects, ensuring timely delivery within allocated resources.
- Participate in value‑engineering workshops to optimize material usage, reduce costs, and improve sustainability outcomes.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE, Revit, Tekla).

- Effective communication skills in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal.

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required. Salary
