Job Overview

The Supply Chain Digital Transformation Lead will spearhead the design, implementation, and optimization of end‑to‑end digital supply chain solutions for SAP’s Angolan clients. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end digital transformation of supply chain operations for enterprise clients in Angola.
• Assess current supply chain processes, identify gaps, and design technology‑enabled solutions using SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and SAP Ariba.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps, KPIs, and change‑management strategies.
• Oversee the deployment of cloud‑based platforms, ensuring seamless integration with ERP, WMS, and transportation management systems.
• Utilize advanced analytics, machine learning, and IoT data to optimize inventory, demand forecasting, and logistics efficiency.
• Provide thought leadership through workshops, webinars, and white‑papers on supply chain digitalization trends in Angola.
• Mentor junior consultants and coordinate with SAP’s global delivery network to leverage best practices.
• Monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Required Skills

• Deep expertise in supply chain management concepts and digital transformation frameworks.
• Proficiency with SAP solutions such as SAP IBP, SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data‑driven decision making, AI, and IoT applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive change in complex organizational environments.

Education

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees (MBA, MSc) or certifications in SAP modules are highly desirable and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning.

Experience

Candidates must have 5‑7 years of proven experience in leading supply chain transformation projects, preferably within large enterprises or consulting firms. Salary
