Job Overview

The Sustainable Farm Operations Manager will lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of our flagship farm in Huambo. Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, you will oversee all aspects of farm management, including crop production, soil health, water resource optimization, and compliance with environmental standards.
