Job Overview

The Sustainable Farm Operations Manager will lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of our flagship farm in Huambo. Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, you will oversee all aspects of farm management, including crop production, soil health, water resource optimization, and compliance with environmental standards. You will collaborate closely with agronomists, supply chain specialists, and local partners to implement innovative practices such as precision agriculture, integrated pest management, and climate‑resilient cropping systems. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive farm management plan that aligns with sustainability targets and production goals.
