Job Overview

The Sustainable Real Estate Development Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of innovative real estate projects that prioritize environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and economic viability. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end development of sustainable real estate projects, from concept through delivery.
• Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and ESG impact assessments to inform project decisions.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and local government to secure permits and ensure compliance with Angolan regulations.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.

Experience
