Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced manufacturing processes for heavy machinery production
- Lead automation integration projects using Industry 4.0 technologies
- Conduct root cause analysis for production inefficiencies
- Develop standardized operating procedures for quality control
- Collaborate with suppliers to optimize material flow and inventory management
Required Skills
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Knowledge of robotics and automated systems integration
- Strong analytical skills for process optimization
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with 3-5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing environments. Advanced certifications in automation technologies are preferred.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably in heavy equipment production. Experience with automation systems and process improvement projects is required.
Salary
1,500,000 – 2,500,000 SSP monthly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
