Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily beverage production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and targets.
  • Monitor and enforce strict food safety and quality standards, conducting regular audits and corrective actions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtime and resolve equipment issues promptly.
  • Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and corporate sustainability initiatives.
  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to senior management.

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and people‑management abilities with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective communication skills in Portuguese and English.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards relevant to food and beverage manufacturing.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline is required. Relevant certifications in food safety, quality management, or production supervision are highly desirable.

Experience

Applicants must have a minimum of five years of hands‑on experience in beverage or food manufacturing, with at least two years in a supervisory or team‑lead role. Experience in a multinational environment and familiarity with Coca‑Cola’s operational standards will be considered an advantage.
