Job Overview
The International Freight Forwarding Coordinator will manage the end‑to‑end coordination of import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with international regulations and DHL’s high service standards. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, carriers, and internal teams, overseeing documentation, scheduling, and tracking of freight movements. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor international shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to customer requirements.
- Prepare, review, and validate all necessary export and import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
- Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, customs authorities, and internal departments to resolve issues and optimize freight routes.
- Maintain accurate shipment records in DHL’s transport management system, updating status, tracking numbers, and cost allocations.
- Provide proactive communication to customers regarding shipment status, potential delays, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, Incoterms, and DHL’s internal policies.
- Analyze freight performance metrics and generate reports to support continuous improvement and cost‑reduction initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to develop tailored logistics solutions for key accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of customs clearance documentation and support customs brokers as needed.
- Participate in regular operational meetings to share insights, address challenges, and align on strategic objectives.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding processes, Incoterms, and customs regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships across cultures.

Candidates should possess 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in international freight forwarding, logistics coordination, or a similar role within a multinational logistics provider. Salary
